We work in Riga, the Riga region and nearby towns. For each area we have prepared a separate page describing exactly what affects water meter work in that particular place.
Water meter work is not the same everywhere. In an apartment in a Riga housing estate the meter assembly is predictable and the job takes half an hour. In a private house in Ādaži the meter may sit in a well outside the building, where damp and winter conditions change the whole situation. In a summer house in Jūrmala the key question may not be the meter itself, but whether the system has been prepared for winter.
That is why we have written a separate page for each area, describing what affects the work in that particular place: the typical building stock, where the meters usually sit, which environmental conditions have to be taken into account and what kinds of properties we most often work with there.
An important note: these are service areas, not branches. We do not have an office in each of these places — we work on a call-out basis from Riga, and all contact goes through the request form.

Places further from Riga. We plan these visits in advance, and combining several jobs into one trip works out better value.
In Riga and the closest parts of the Riga region a call-out is easy to plan, and replacing the meters in a single apartment is an entirely ordinary job. In more distant places — Jelgava, Iecava, Baldone or Sigulda — the situation is different: the journey takes longer, and that shows in how we plan the work.
In practice this means two things. First, we plan visits to more distant places for a time agreed in advance, rather than at short notice. Second, replacing several meters at one property, or working at several properties on the same day, is considerably better value in such places than separate call-outs.
If you are a property manager or have several properties in the same area, mention it in your request — we can schedule them together, and that changes both the schedule and the quote.
The list is not the limit of where we work; it is simply the places for which we have prepared a separate page. If your property is somewhere else — in a village, on the edge of a municipality or in a place not mentioned here — that does not always mean we cannot come.
