The only way we collect personal data is through the request form on this website. When you fill it in, you provide: your name, phone number, the type of property, the service you need, the number of meters and any additional information you choose to give.
In addition, the time the request was sent and the page it was sent from are recorded technically. This information helps us understand which service the request relates to.
We use the data to reply to your request, prepare a quote and, if we agree to work together, carry out the work. The basis for processing is your request and the correspondence that follows from it.
We do not send marketing messages to people who have not asked for them, and we do not use your data for purposes unconnected with your request.
We do not sell your data or pass it on to third parties for advertising purposes. Data may be processed within the technical systems we use to receive requests and run the website. If carrying out the service requires involving a third party — for example, an accredited laboratory to verify a meter — we pass on only the information that step requires.
We keep requests for as long as is necessary for correspondence and for carrying out the work, and for as long as accounting and other legal requirements demand. Once the data is no longer needed, we delete it.
You have the right to find out what data of yours we hold, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and to object to its processing. To do so, get in touch with us using the request form.
If you believe your data has been processed without proper grounds, you have the right to contact the Data State Inspectorate.
For information about how cookies are used, see the Cookies section.
The information given in requests is transmitted and stored over an encrypted connection. Access to requests is limited to the people who need it to do the work — preparing replies, organising the job and completing the documents.
The website may use your browser's local storage to hold the details of a submitted request temporarily on your own device. This is a technical safeguard in case the connection fails at the moment the request is sent. This data stays on your device and you can remove it by clearing your browser data.
The request form does not ask for or collect your personal identity number, bank details, date of birth or any other information that is not needed to provide the service. If such information becomes necessary at a later stage — for example, to draw up a contract or an invoice — we ask for it separately and only for that specific purpose.
We ask you not to include sensitive information in the free-text field if it is not needed for the work.
Our services are intended for adults and for legal entities. We do not knowingly collect data about people under the age of 18.
If the privacy policy changes, the current version is published on this page together with the date it was updated. Where changes are substantial, they take effect from the moment of publication.
We process the data given in a request on the basis of your own initiative in contacting us and the need to take steps at your request before a possible contract is entered into. If we go on to work together, the basis for further processing is the performance of that contract.
Retaining certain data after the work is finished may be required by law, for example in the field of accounting. In such cases the data is kept only to the extent required and only for the period specified.
To find out what data of yours we hold, or to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, get in touch using the request form and state that your question concerns data processing. So that we can answer accurately, it helps to give the approximate date you submitted your request and the phone number used in it.
We review requests within a reasonable period. If the data cannot be deleted — for example, if we are required by law to keep it — we will explain why.
Company details. Full legal information will be added here. For questions relating to data processing, write to us using the request form.
Your request has been received. We will contact you as soon as possible.
